Impactful Solutions LLC is a team of Licensed Mental Health Providers who offers contracting services for your special needs.
Qualifications
All Licensed Mental Health Providers (LMHPs) are registered with the Virginia Board of Counseling or the Virginia Board of Social Work.
All LMHPs documentation includes clinical terminology which speaks towards the behavioral health care needs and present mental health diagnoses of each client.
Servicing Programs
All Licensed Mental Health Provider are trained with documenting and transposing information for active clients enrolled in Community Based Programs.
Some Community Based Programs are Mental Health Skill Building, Intensive In-home services, 23hr Crisis Support, Community Stabilization, Mobile Crisis Response and Therapeutic Day Treatment.

Impactful Solutions LLC is a small local business who contracts with agencies who identify themselves as a Community Based Service business and Licensed by the Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Services in Virginia. As a hired contractor we plan to establish a foundation of trust through an agreed upon contract to prepare your documents. Both parties are expected to agree to the work assignments through an agreed upon contract. Impactful Solutions will confirm all assigned work, seek to add support to your already establish team, and return all requested documents via professional email.
Impactful Solutions LLC recently started this venture in 2022 to being a document preparation service, to add professional clinical expertise to your team and support for already established agencies. Impactful Solutions LLC has noticed the steady trend of Community Based Agencies growing from HamptonRoads to Arlington, Virginia and we had to join in with supporting hard working community-based counselors with capturing ways to work easy with all clients.
Our mission is to be a buffer for information between the Community Based Services and the Managed Care organizations (MCO). We want to provide a great deal of information about the communities at large and what many are facing due to Behavioral Health concerns. We want to share the many truths and personal struggles which lay under the surface of the mental illness many of us witness.
We stand by the Ethical standards of our profession which is in counseling and social work. When staff has reached their limits of staying professional their services will be ended with Impactful Solutions LLC. We must remain ethical at all costs and remain transparent with our business partners regarding our credential status and professional compromises.
A company is only as strong as its executive leadership. Deanna Hayden is the creator of this agency and a former reviewer with a Manage care organization. After 25 years of social work services, she has leaped into the gray area of services to help those who need to understand Department of Medical Assistance Services standards of service and communicating to Community Based Services how to write effectively and clinically to the need of the client and understanding criteria to meet medical necessity. As a start we hope to change counselors one by one.
